- 4:00 pm or earlier: Check-in (Welcome!!!)
- 5:00 pm: Meet & Greet w/light appetizers (Big River Room, level below main lobby)
- (optional) 8:00 pm–9:00 pm: Hang out with AJ! (wellness classroom, level below main lobby)
Saturday, March 21
- 8:00 am–9:00 am (your choice): Breakfast
- 10:30 am–12:00 pm: Taking the Stress out of Healthy Living presented by Sid Garza-Hillman (Big River Room, level below main lobby)
- 1:00 pm–3:00 pm: “Joyful Creative Process” with Joan Stanford (main dining room)
- 7:30 pm–9:00 pm: Fun & Games with AJ (Big River Room, level below main lobby)
Sunday, March 22
- 8:00 am–9:00 am (your choice): Breakfast
- 11:00 am–12:00 pm: Finding joy in nature (meet in main lobby/registration)
- 1:00 pm–3:00 pm: Chef AJ Cooking Demonstration and Tips–Whole-food, plant-based accessible cooking (wellness classroom, level below main lobby)
- 6:30 pm: Private birthday dinner (included/complimentary) celebrating Chef AJ!
Monday, March 23
- 8:00 am–10:30 am (your choice): Breakfast
