All Wines Use Organic or Natural Growing Methods

Our Director of Wine, Brendan McGuigan, has chosen to focus on the finest wines from Mendocino County: primarily organic wines or wines produced according to traditional methods; without the use of synthetic chemicals, fertilizers or pesticides.

Wines marked vegan have been confirmed by their makers to use no animal products in the winemaking process. The majority of unmarked wines on this list are, however, vegan, as Mendocino County winemakers prefer natural techniques. But we are conservative when denoting them as such. To enhance your dining experience, we choose our wines for their variety and character as well as natural and organic growing methods.

Our highly selective wine list has received the Award of Excellence from Wine Spectator, demonstrating our commitment to present a vegan restaurant equal to or better than animal-based restaurants.
