Herbal Tea Blending for Stress & the Nervous System
Blend your own custom herbal tea formula with a certified clinical herbalist. You’ll explore the plants that calm, restore, and regulate the nervous system, learn the why behind every herb in your blend, then take home your creation along with a handout to guide you long after you leave. All materials included.

Garden Infused Honey Class
Step into the Stanford Inn garden and choose from freshly harvested flowers and herbs to craft your own infused honey: part kitchen medicine, part edible art. Guided by a certified clinical herbalist, you’ll learn the healing and sensory properties of every ingredient and leave with a small jar of something beautiful and a handout so you can use your new knowledge at home.
