In this time of war as well as the darkness of ideological conflict in our country and around the planet, we find hope in nature.
Bulbs buried and forgotten,
Now, green spikes in the soil foretell
Daffodil yellow brightening winter.
From twisted branches bloom cherry plum blossoms
Just noting these changes awakens,
Nature’s vitality reverberates within us.
In the presence of blossoms, fullness
In nature we are refreshed
Encouraged to hope rather than despair
We hope you can spend some time in nature…watch the whales, walk in the forest, dip your toes in the surf.
