We are so excited to welcome the newest members of our family! Four rescue Donkeys!
Sid was hoping we’d name them Jeff, Jeff, Jeff, and Jeff, but they were already named by their former owners, or their compassionate savior, Ron King at Oscar’s Place in Mendocino County. Joining Monique, a miniature donkey who was given to us for adoption in 2007, are two standard donkeys, Blossom and Journey, and two miniatures, Paula and Sophie. All five donkeys are friendly and like to watch humans.
We hope you can come up soon and meet them! They are a great addition to rescued horses Storm, the pinto, and Scooter, a quarter horse, and our llamas, Can Do, Can So, and Can Too, for whom we provide a home. They are also joining Snowflake, an Emden goose brought here by a guest, and a Muscovy duck whose caregiver had to give her or him up.
