When planning your next visit, add our Vegan cooking package on to your stay and you’ll be immersed in virtually all aspects of vegan cooking with MCLW Chef Instructor Sadhana Berkow. You’ll learn and get hands-on experience with everything from sauces, dressings, soups, baking, entree creation, and even raw chocolate and desserts! All this while enjoying the luxury of the Stanford Inn Eco-Resort’s ocean and garden views, in-room fireplaces, indoor pool, stunning grounds and more. This retreat also includes classes on nutrition/healthy living with author/nutritionist Sid Garza-Hillman and gardening with Ecology Action Director Matt Drewno!
